The bunk beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Looking back, I wish I stayed longer than one night.

Everything good, the staff friendly, the breakfast was nice and has various food selection. The spa very comfortable, room is big and comfy, overall very excellent hotel.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at - from the hospitable welcome, the myriad of amenities (free welcome hot bev, udon noodles post-onsen, incredible rooftop onsen with great views, free ice cream and Yakult post-bath), cute and clean rooms, the ease of doing laundry within the women's locker change rooms etc. The buffet breakfast was super delicious and we just really enjoyed our time and experience here we wanted to stay in the whole time. HIGHLY recommend staying here if you're in Matsumoto.

The washrooms and toilets were spotless and very well-maintained, adding to the comfort of our stay. Every aspect of the place was thoughtfully designed to ensure a fantastic experience. We loved everything about our visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway near Mount Fuji. We can’t wait to return!
