Since my room was right next to the air purifyer (which was kinda loud during the night) I kindly asked them if they could put it on silent mode and she was so understanding and did so! - I stayed for two nights and I was provided with a new set of towels,pyjamas and slippers. Also when returning from a long day at Naoshima it's so nice to come back to a cleaned room:D - The hotel is also not even 5 mins away from the ferries and the main station. Very convenient for sure:)!!! -They also give you a free pass to use their onsen and in the shared kitchen there's tea, snacks, and water. So comfy.
