Everything fantastic. Room was big and spacious, especially for Japanese standards. It had absolutely everything, even washing machine and microwave and a tiny stove for one pot. Beds comfortable, although just a tiny bit too hard. The staff at the front desk were very nice and polite. The location was just 10 min away from the train station Value for money - very good.

An absolutely stunning hotel set in a beautifully renovated historic house that once belonged to a kimono merchant. The hotel is new, with designer interiors and a truly elegant atmosphere. We had a spacious room with a garden view. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding—on par with Michelin-starred restaurants. Perfectly located in the historic center. The staff were incredibly attentive and caring. This was probably the best hotel of our two-week trip. We will definitely return.

The bed was super comfortable, the shower was amazing a relaxing. Then in the morning we had coffee and breakfast sandwiches at the coffee bar by liminal coffee roasters, what can I say, Very nice drip coffee and the sandwich was delicious. Les and Masaki are super nice.

Also Setoda is a really small but beautiful port village, ideal for half a day or a short stay while you are doing the Shinamami Kaido cycling path.

Katō Tomosaburō Bronze Statue is 2.3 km away and Hiroshima University Institute of Medical History is 2.8 km from the apartment. Great soft big beds and pillows. Clean clean clean. Lots of room. We had 4 adults we could have had more. Beds were normal north American sized and soft. Bathroom was great. Laundry was great. No dryer just hang clothes. Door code to get in was no problem. Elevator to second floor was small but efficient. Good location near the museum and close to food and a aloft bakery was yum yum. Used the street car trains to get close to the house from Hiroshima station. Easy peasy. Would highly recommend. Never saw the person in charge but they sent messages and had rules in the apartment. Great stay
