Service & Staff – The service was top-notch! The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Room Size & Amenities – The room was impressively spacious, especially considering typical city hotels. It was well-designed, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities provided were excellent, from the high-quality toiletries to the thoughtful little touches that made us feel at home. Overall Experience – We had an amazing time at Sapporo Stream Hotel. The combination of its prime location, outstanding service, comfortable and well-appointed rooms, and excellent amenities made it one of the best stays we’ve had. Offering a spa and wellness centre, the property is located within 41 km of Otarushi Zenibako City Center. Certain rooms at the property feature a balcony with a mountain view. The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train station and encouraged us to take a jacket and do a practice walk the night before. The tour we booked was also fantastic, and the food and local beer was great too. The room was incredible; it was so affordable for the space you're given and relaxing in the onsen overlooking the ballpark was an unforgettable experience, they even have snacks and a bar! Everyone we came across was so lovely, even other people staying were interested to hear about our trip as it's not a common place to find foreigners.
