It was a great place to stay while in Tokyo for the marathon. As an American, I found it spacious enough for one, two or maybe three people. More could certainly stay there, but it would be crowded. While it is on a busy street, it faces the quiet business courtyard of Shinjuku Eastside, which was pleasant and quiet.
