It's seriously the COMPLETE PACKAGE! We had a very comfortable stay considering Tokyo was rainy during our stay - umbrellas are free to use downstairs too! We found that the room had a clever layout: separate shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. Akihabara station is a great starting point to explore Tokyo. Would definitely stay here again.

The in house washers and dryers were great as well - they have auto added soap and normally I can't do those because of smell sensitivity but this soap was unscented and didn't bother me.
