We were surprised by the kindness and professionalism of all the staff, starting from the very welcome of the taxi driver at the airport who was extremely kind and friendly, showed us and explained the whole city during the ride. Even though we arrived before the official check-in time, the room was ready. Every day the housekeeping did an excellent job. Since the water is not drinkable, they regularly leave a bottle of water, it is equipped with tea, coffee, a hairdryer, an iron etc. The breakfast was varied and of good quality, if you want eggs, they cook them as you order so you will never get cold scrambled eggs. The reception staff is very friendly and ready to help at any time of the day or night. The location of the hotel is in the very center of Valletta, close to the main street and all attractions. We are very pleased with the service and if we ever return to Malta, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!!
