The staff are genuinely the sweetest. Ashan greeted us on the first day with such warmth, and everyone we met was kind, generous, and just really good people. One even showed my dad how to play a local board game - such a sweet moment ❤️✌️ I feel bad I didn’t ask for all your names. I really should have. But to the whole team, thank you so much for making our stay so easy and memorable. You made Penang feel extra special 💕

Always clean, enough soap/toilet paper, tea and coffee to help yourself. Location is right downtown close to everything and important bus stops. The ladies were all super respectful and nice to each other and it had a great communal spirit. I felt super safe from the get go. Also equipped with tons of maps, recommendations and activities for the area.
