This was by far the nicest place we stayed on our trip. We booked it last minute after the previous accommodation we were staying at was less than ideal (and I am so happy we did). The staff was great and the manager Rose in particular was friendly and helpful. I had an ATV accident and when she saw me limping a bit down the stairs got me 2 hot water bottles for me that night to help with my injury. Breakfast was great and was presented like high tea every morning. The room was clean and the property was very nice and taken care of in general. There was locked parking and laundry services which was very convenient.

Very nice guesthouse for a reasonable price with all the amenities one would expect. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Would come back for sure!

Beautiful room with polished concrete surfaces and copper piping (as in architectural magazines), lovely to experience. Exceptional hosts, friendly and interesting. Fascinating to hear first hand of farming in Namibia. As we arrived at 7 pm, David rang a great restaurant for us for a tasty supper and walked us there ( round the corner), himself. Annicka is very artistic and has lavished their B&aB with love.

Boasting a garden and views of inner courtyard, Rustic Inn is a recently renovated apartment situated in Swakopmund, 500 metres from South Beach. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The rooms include a terrace with garden views and free WiFi. This was by far one of our favorite stays while traveling in Africa. The hosts communicated nicely before we arrived, sharing the location and asking us what we were interested in doing while in town. They also gave amazing recommendations for close by food and drinks. The room and outdoor space was nice and spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and felt easy to relax in. The shower was perfect after a day of activities with good pressure and heat. It was a much needed feeling of home after traveling for so long. We came as strangers and left feeling like family! Another part was their recommendation to do a tour of Sandwich Harbor with the tour guide, Gideon. Hands down an amazing experience with fresh oysters, champagne, and good eats while in the middle of the Namib desert. After we expressed a desire to sandboard, he ensured we had an amazing spot and prepared boards for multiple awesome rides. Then we enjoyed a spectacular Braai with everyone and it is something I will remember forever.

Achab Eco cabin is a recently renovated chalet in Usakos, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, garden and bar. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The chalet provides an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. Achab is a beautiful place with very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed every minute of our weekend! Children enjoyed the pony rides and feeding them apples. We made friends with the goats and enjoyed lovely nature walks and a braai with a view in the evening. We will be back!

We loved to stay there, the staff was so friendly and welcoming and attentive! The room was in fact a whole appartement with washing machine, kitchen, living room and garage with direct access from inside. They booked MC Tours 4x4 for bay catamaran in the morning and sandwich harbor in the afternoon! Great service, delicious food and drinks all day long! Not to mention Cowboy our driver who gave us true rodeo on the dunes, along with country music & great history pieces of information! Highly recommended!
