We were a little concerned with the lack of AC but the cool night and provided fan was more than sufficient.

The room is comfortable and kept it warm (we stayed in May). Cindy and Schalk are amazing! For us who are super shy, they explained us everything and made us feel welcome. The toilet is not in the room, but is just for you so it was perfect. You can use the kitchen if you like and there is a lot of space for parking. Last but not least, the view from the room is amazing!

Everything was clean, the little flower garden in between the rooms/kitchen/bathroom is absolutely lovely, there is wifi, there is a TV, books to enjoy, a very nice kitchen, the bathrooms were the kind you enjoy having a shower in. There was noone else staying the night we went so it was very very nice but it would have been lovely anyway. There is also a very cute friendly cat called Taco, which was just the cherry on top. One of my favourite stays in NZ so far.

From the room and balcony, we could see many beautiful boats on calm cove. Especially owner family is so kindly and friendly. The living room, two beds and bathroom with showers in each room is beautiful and comfortable. In front of the house, there is a road and very calm. We stayed wonderful holiday.
