The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern with new fixtures, an excellent shower, and good lighting. The staff were very kind and helpful. Although we arrived before check-in, we were able to occupy our room early, which was greatly appreciated after a long night on the bus. On our last day, we could leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out. The location is also convenient, close to the city center, with the best restaurants and supermarkets just a 5–10 minute walk away. We highly recommend this accommodation.

You can play table tennis at the hostel, and the area is popular for cycling. after two weeks i can say that this place feels like home. carolina and her family are warm, welcoming and create a very loving atmosphere, so it's easy to talk to people and make connections. showers were hot, beds comfortable, rooms clean and the breakfasts a daily highlight. i honestly can't wait to come back. thanks carolina, paul, anita & álvaro!

The host also got up early to make us breakfast since we were leaving for our trek at 6AM. Location is very close to the collectivo points, making it super convenient for us trekkers. The host was very informational, provided us estimates for collectivo prices, found us a garage to leave our car with a competitive price and good food options. The hosts were also able to communicate in English very well and we had no issues with language. The host was also flexible with our stay, as we had to change around dates and she was able to accommodate on the spot. Good Wi-Fi to remotely work, just needed to switch between the available WiFis but worked well.
