There was even some glasses and small fridge, where I only expected bed and shower. There was even parking space, whoch was pain point taken away also. Self service worked well and host was not just fast, but immediate to respond when contacted by phone.

The room was clean, spacious and had a great decor. We were 4 people and everything was perfect, we didn't use the shared kitchen and toilet, because we had private ones in our room. Parking was paid (as advertised), but we had a reserved place in the inner courtyard. The highlight of the accommodation was having a pinball machine in our room, we all played dozens of times as it was extremely fun. There were other games available downstairs, arcade and board games but we didn't get the chance to try them as we only had a short stay.

Hello Hostel & Apartments is situated in central Bielsko-Biala. Its location provides easy access to the centre of town as well as the numerous historical sights. The location was ideal for a quick visit to this city—very close to the train station, and to a bus stop where you can head directly to some beautiful mountain hikes. The room was impeccably clean! Staff was very kind and helpful too. :)
