The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, and luggage storage for guests. The place is very clean, in an excellent location at few minutes walking by everything, even the train station. The owners are super friendly and helpful, even if they are not frequently at the hostel, they show up when it's necessary. I even rent a motorbike there, super new and safe. Highly recommend :)

Walking distance to market and beach and 7-Eleven.

Beautiful owners who make you feel welcome. Everything is immaculately clean and well looked after. The hostel itself is located a 10 minute walk from the main Hua Hin beach, right next to the main shops and restaurants, but in a quiet part of town. The owners helped book a car back to Bangkok for my wife and I and provided recommendations on where to go around Hua Hin. The wildlife photography on the wall is also really beautiful and the bed is incredibly comfortable. We also did not have any noise wake us up during the night and could not hear other guests. This is our second time at this property- it is a great hotel for quiet and chill time. All though it is not located at the beach- for the price - you can’t beat it for the quality. They offer regular shuttles into the main areas throughout the day. There are local restaurants and a brand new 7-11 just opened beside the hotel. The staff are very friendly and super clean. It’s too bad they don’t offer breakfast, but there are local restaurants near by that we have tried and are just as good as in town. We liked it so much we cancelled one of our hotels, to return and end our holiday here.

22 km from Pranburi Forest Park, S&F villa is a recently renovated property set in Sam Roi Yot and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The holiday home features parking on-site, a hot tub and a 24-hour front desk. This villa is incredible. A clean and large private villa with great cooking facilities and a large fridge and tv. The hosts are so lovely and will do anything to help, and the food they cook is delicious. The pool is incredible, clean and well maintained and perfect for spending an afternoon with. 7-eleven is in walking distance, about 15mins away but it’s not on Google maps, however the hosts have a map in the villa of everything around. The beach is also very near and the hosts can drive you into Hua Hin as grabs could sometimes be a bit hard to get. I will definitely be staying here again!

The property is non-smoking and is set 300 metres from Hua Hin Bus Station. This hotel is a fantastic place to stay. The owners are the sweetest, most thoughtful and lovely people. They treat you with warmth, smiles, hospitality, kindness and helpfulness. All the staff are super sweet, smiling, service minded, kind and friendly. I really appreciate having met these people who made my extended stay at the hotel fantastic. The hotel is always clean and welcoming. The rooms are large and match the description and pictures perfectly. All rooms have balconies and I enjoyed sitting out there watching the sunrises and sunsets. The rooms has a safe, the closet have a lot of hangers (This is always something that most hotels don’t have enough of), there’s a kettle they fill with fresh water every day, complementary coffee and 2 bottles of water every day. The room is also equipped with plates, bowls and cutlery if you want to order food and eat in the room. I only used the pool once as it was too cold for me. I was there in December and January which are the coldest months in Thailand and at the same time there was quite a bit of wind this year. But the pool area is really nice and welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance of most things for those who like to walk. You can also very easily find a tuk tuk or taxi right on the main street. You can also use Bolt, Grab and Foodpanda here without any hassle. It’s also no problem getting picked up by tour operators at this hotel. The beach is on the other side of the main street, but there is both a bridge and a pedestrian crossing so you can easily cross the road. I really enjoyed my time here. Thank you to the owners and the staff for an amazing time.

This was my favorite place I stayed in Prachuap! I was there with my partner and family, and we all loved the beautiful wooden design, comfy beds, and big new windows. The second-floor rooms were a great touch, and the staff and host were super friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed a nice breakfast every morning.
