Sparkling clean, high-tech, beautiful, brand new facilities, helpful and attentive staff, luxurious amenities. Breakfast options were very plentiful and delicious. Good location too, only a few minutes by foot from Jiaoxi Transfer Station. The balcony onsen (mountain view option) was absolutely wonderful. So clean, peaceful and relaxing with a gorgeous view. I did not even want to put on music, as at night you hear a chorus of crickets and other sounds of wildlife from the surrounding mountains.

My room had a nice big window overlooking the ocean and upstairs there is an even better view. Also a small washing machine available which I could use for free.

The kind staff picked us up from the station for free, gave us a free upgrade of our room (which was an insane room by the way), did our laundry for us for free and drove us to the station when we left. The room was spotless and it had a large hot spring with a TV attached, not to mention the two high quality PCs next to our bed. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Also they have English support, but on the ground staff only speak Mandarin. Their English support is fluent, so no need to worry.
