Breakfast was phenomenal—honestly on par with a high-end brunch at a nice restaurant, and such a great deal. We loved sitting down with other travelers, swapping stories about our trips and getting inspired for our next stops. The bathrooms were VERY well stocked with top-quality toiletries—even things I didn’t realize I might need. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the stay feel extra special. And we have to mention the backyard chickens! Watching them from our window was such a joy, and knowing the eggs on our breakfast plates came from those very chickens made everything feel so fresh and personal. From the fresh eggs to all the little thoughtful details, SunStar captured the spirit of what makes staying at a bed and breakfast so special. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone and can’t wait to come back!

She didn't treat us coldly just because we were Taiwanese with limited English. I remember we arrived quite late that day, but thankfully, she was willing to wait for us. The B&B was very clean, with a great breakfast, and a kitchen where we could prepare a simple dinner. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony had a direct view of the distant mountains—unfortunately, the weather wasn't great that day. If I have the chance, I would love to stay there again, partly because of the location, but mostly because of the amazing host!

It was a really cozy place to live in as this is the first time I had booked a place like this. It had everything in it and it was spacious. It was very clean and comfortable.
