We arrived early, were allowed to check in right away. The room was hands down the cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed in! The architectural aspects of this hotel are stunning. The ceilings are high and the windows are large and the view from the room was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Free water bottles. Nice cosy gym. Count on this being our hotel in Chicago.
