Food was of good quality and variety, room was very quiet, not much (to none) waiting time for elevators (we were at 27th floor). Location is perfect. Clearly a place to come back whenever going to NYC.

Guests can enjoy proximity to Madison Square Park. I loved that it's in a very quiet, safe area and close to everything. The room was great, very spacious and comfortable. I loved that there was room service every day and that they provided bottles of water every day (very useful if you plan to go out walking and sightseeing). In addition, the staff was always very friendly and attentive. I also loved that there were staff at the front desk and security at the entrance. I would love to return to this hotel when I go back to New York.

A continental breakfast is served every morning at this Manhattan property. Concierge services are available on site. Perfect location, super nice hotel. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast is great (if you like fresh croissants). If in Manhattan I would definitely come back.
