Des - the Gen Mgr. is perfect. There is nothing missing. Everyone is so friendly. Easy to get into Durango -that has all you might need for any trip. If you want excitement, Durango has it all -- from ballooning to an exciting drive up to Silverton or take the train. If you want shopping.. Pagosa Springs is an hour away. Peace and quiet and inspiration - right here on your deck at Antlers. Mesa Verde NP - a UNESCO Heritage site (only 1 of 24 in the USA) is 45 min away. Wi-Fi is amazing. The bath suite is right out of Architectural Digest . The landscaping and views are truly awesome. We went in early June 2025.

This unit was amazing!! The owners really spent time and money making this one of the best studios we have ever stayed in. They did an excellent job with having everything available in the unit with the kitchen, bathroom and everything. The floors, cabinets, tile were clean and high quality, Tv and streaming was nice. If it’s available next time, we would definitely stay here again. The gym and work out facilities were extensive and well maintained.

The property has a nice creek out back with chairs. They even had a portable highchair, playpen and some toys. We used the playpen and it was so nice to stay somewhere with one provided. They also had toddler sippy cups and utensils in the kitchen. Really anything you could think of they had it provided.

One of the highlights of our trip was the stunning surroundings. With a creek nearby and the natural beauty of Durango all around us, it was truly a sight to behold. The bathroom was a standout feature, with a huge shower that comfortably fits two—a luxurious touch that we thoroughly enjoyed. The bedroom was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of storage to keep everything organized. The bed was super comfortable, providing the perfect night's sleep, and we loved having an office desk available for catching up on a few tasks. The living room was thoughtfully designed, blending style and comfort effortlessly. The beautiful wooden dining table added a touch of elegance, making it a great spot for meals and gatherings. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, making meal preparation a breeze. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the mountains from both the kitchen and living room. We also loved the nice terrace, which was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while watching the sunrise. Hermosa Hideaway truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
