There is not elevator but the staff were very helpful and carried my luggage up and down. The property is walking distance to the river where I found pretty coffee shops, especially the ones suspended on top of the river. The staff were very friendly, sweet and attentive. One of the most beautiful facts about Vietnam is how lovely people are. Great breakfast and they help in booking transportation to the next destination. I highly recommend Loop Central Stay!

At the hotel, all rooms are equipped with a desk. The lovely family who hosted us were extremely helpful and welcoming. They offered us hot tea and fruit every time we came by reception. They also dropped us off at the bus station in the early morning as taxis are often hard to come by. Will definitely stay again and recommend to all!
