When we arrived early in the morning, he immediately provided us with a comfortable room and even offered us a free breakfast. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather (a typhoon), we had to leave the island without spending the night we had booked. Nevil and his boss went above and beyond: they arranged free cancellation for our room, personally helped us manage the situation, and even organized a taxi back to Hanoi. On top of that, they offered us coffee and beer to make everything easier and more pleasant. We are truly thankful to have met such kind and generous people.
