Our favourite stay of our Vietnam trip. From the moment we arrived, we were met with the warmest of welcomes. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I think it might be my favourite place I’ve ever stayed! The staff truly make this hotel the special place that it is. When I arrived I fell sick that night, I think from motion sickness and as soon as we asked where the nearest pharmacy was they escorted my husband there and brought ginger tea a rice soup to the room. Even the next morning they made me a special breakfast and checked in with us. The place is spotless and felt like a paradise. We were only there 2 nights but could easily stay for a week +. It’s located about 10/15 minute drive from the centre but they put on shuttle buses that we made the use of. We also had massages at the hotel which were excellent (I’m a massage therapist). We were transferring to another hotel near the beach for 1 night and they even took us there. We wished we’d stayed the extra night here!

The location is 10-15 mins away from the historical city centre, but it is manageable walk. Not too far. They can also lend you bicycles for free, but this is subject to availability. The breakfast buffet is generous and the staff there is also very kind. In general, the staff is the best here, everyone is helpful and really nice.
