Very nice and helpful hosts providing delicous food and good Tipps. They arranged a Safari for us and a tuk tuk ride to Sigiriya. Very beautiful location directly at the lake. From treehouse you have great views to observe birds especially nice for sunset. Very recommended!

Furnished verandah outside room with beautiful private garden. So quiet. Spacious room with delightful en-suite. Delicious meals, breakfast & dinner, served in purpose built guest area. Most hospitable family, also very helpful with recommendations as to what to see in the area eg. nearby lake walk at sunset.

A good location close to park entrance. Anton was a charming, knowledgeable host, with excellent english. A keen wildlife photographer. Breakfast and evening meals were very good, and safari breakfast and lunch plentiful and tasty. The safari, organised by Anton, was excellent, especially birdlife and leopard sighting. Binoculars and wildlife books were available to use. The whole stay was very enjoyable.

Anta was a great host!! He knows a lot of the flora and fauna. He is gentel and helpful. The dinner was nice and the setup beautiful! We took also a guide for here to willpattu park. We didnt see the lepard but it was a great adventure. We recommend half a day is long enough for the safari. The accommodation is just lovely. Clean and quit with your own little veranda.

Very pleasant experience from staying at this hotel. A wonderful family that helps with everything. The owner of the guesthouse helped with the organization of safari, massage, he brought us on excursions and showed us secret places about which there is no information on the Internet. Showed a beautiful platform for watching the sunset, rice fields. We lived in a tree house surrounded by a variety of plants, animals and birds. We are very happy that we chose this hotel.

The perfect location to stay if you are in for a Safari in Wilpattu NP. Hi Almost next to the entrance. We recommend to book a day tour in the park with the owner of the lodge. Anta is a super host and a super tour guide and can tell a lot about the wildlife and the park. The lunch and breakfast in the jeep were excellent. On your return you will be treated to a delicious 3-course meal in a romantic setting in the garden. Always different and very tasty. Just a big THANK YOU!
