Beach-side resort. We were here to relax at the end of our holiday and chose the property due to it's relative proximity to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable with enough space for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 older teenagers) and a fridge to keep drinks chilled. Our room was near one of the pools, which closed by sunset so the room was quiet at night. The buffet dinner and Buffet breakfast were good with lots of choices; all fresh and plentiful. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

This is a great guesthouse that is very central and the perfect spot to explore Negombo from. The staff is very nice and professional, and there is a swimming pool that helped us cooling down after walking through the city all day. Breakfast is included and other food and drinks can be ordered for reasonable prices. There were mosquitos in the room, but we had a mosquito net so it was okay.

Spacious light and nicely decorated room. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure. Everything was spotless clean. Comfortable bed. The tea set is a very nice touch. The pool on the rooftop was big enough to swim laps. Great views of surrounding area including beach, sunrise & sunset. Shops and restaurants close by. Negombo is a bit touristy but a great place to start or finish a trip to Sri Lanka because of its close proximity to the international airport. Looking forward staying again at the ocean breeze appartments.

The hosts were really nice and helpful, and the house was right next to the beach which meant we had a beautiful view of the sunset.

Great place to stay when arriving/departing Sri Lanka! The hotel is clean, beds are comfy and the hot showers were much appreciated. Be sure to check out the restaurant when staying here, the quality of food, really reasonable prices and great service was fantastic. The team organised our taxi services to the airport at 2am for us as well as providing our room with a fridge for me to store my medication in! This place is great value for money and I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful gardens, ponds, pet rabbits & wildlife! Accommodation was in delightful cabanas & we also had a modern twist on a mud hut-all air con, Wi-Fi, private terrace. Delicious evening meal & plentiful breakfast in an open air restaurant. Close to airport with free taxi run

What a beautiful property! The gardens around the guest house were absolutely incredible with lots of wildlife to watch - particularly at sunrise and sunset. We were welcomed into the guesthouse with a delicious drink and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful.

- well maintained rooms with traditional wooden windows and furniture (except the closet) - friendly staff - clean, bright room 5 & 6 - great wifi in room4-6 as router is in front. - 1 min walk to restaurants and mini mart (try zen café) - 50 meters to the beach - rooftop terrace - soap / a/c / fan / white sheets / mosquito nets - chill out in front of your room on the veranda - white tiled floor - good room rate

Right by the beach, lovely sunset. Nice people and neighbours. Accommodating owner. Made us nice breakfast. Also handy to have a hook on the ceiling for mosquito net!
