Will definitely return. There were 6 of us, 2 adults, 4 kids but would also be good for couple or single as the price was really affordable. Child friendly, quiet and well located in the Auckland area with parking. Comfy beds, strong wifi, nice hot shower with body wash etc. provided. Animals were a nice touch for the kids. Someone lives upstairs but we never saw or heard from them during our stay. Comms through email were very reliable.

The house is beautiful, the food was amazing and the host Sandra was so welcoming and lovely, and an amazing cook too. We loved how immaculate the rooms are, and how at ease you feel in them. From the room, to the bath, the warm floor tiles, the massive amazing bed and sheets to the wrap around verandah and view of the sky tower were all stunning. The location was perfect for everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We were arriving early hours of the morning and the communication to make sure we knew where to park and locate the key was fantastic. The apartment is designed beautifully, very clean, warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. Liked that there was also a verandah. The location was perfect for our stay, close to cafes, pub and supermarket and it was a lovely walk to the beach.

The bathroom was huge it had his an hers showers and a bath and also a double sink, we had an amazing sunset over the golf course where you could see Rangitoto island, the restaurant was really nice and food was amazing really enjoyed it the staff were very busy but still had the time to ask if everything was ok
