We were a group of 4 students traveling through Arusha before starting safari. This was a beautiful clean property. We were welcomed by the lovely hosts. The beds were very comfortable and 3 out of the 4 bunks had mosquito nets. The bathrooms were lovely - clean with great water pressure and warm water! Breakfast was served at the time of our choosing and was very tasty! The hosts were very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

I stayed twice in one week. First time booked by booking.com, I had a great room, very confortable bed, excellent facilities. Second time it was booked through the safari agency: a different room with unconfortable bed, they added a matress to make it soft which was very unconfy, broken mosquito nets at the windows.. on the good side, the staff is always very helpful, beautifully decorated stylish hotel with a nice garden. It is much more then a standard airport hotel.

Enjoyed the view in the back of the hotel of their patio and the golf course. Staff were very courteous. The facilities were very beautiful and comforting with A/C after spending 9 hot days on safaris and sleeping in tents.

After came back from 5 days hiking and 2 days safari, Osotwa Maasai Hostel feels like home in Arusha to me, quiet and clean, hot shower available, and no matter when I got up in the morning, thanks to my host Peter, he would prepare the breakfast.
