We did 6 3 -hour drives; suggest booking enough time to do at least 4-6.

Offering an intimate Big 5 safari experience, Quatermain's 1920's Safari Camp features a boma bonfire and BBQ facilities. It is located in the Amakhala Game Reserve.

All meals and beverages are provided by Quatermain's Safari Camp in the communal boma bonfire area. Also available are Big 5 safaris, guided bush walks and bird watching. Our stay at Quatermains was a 10/10. With just 3 tents each 2 beds available, there is a very family like atmosphere. The tens are clean but simple and let you have the real Safari experience. The Rangers David and Johan take you on safari 2 times a day and really take their time to explain, educate and spot all the wildlife.
