Umkumbe Bush Lodge - Luxury Tented Camp is a recently renovated luxury tent in Sabi Sand Game Reserve, where guests can makes the most of its pool with a view, garden and bar. The property was built in 2021 and features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The luxury tent also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The luxury tents are perfect. The best part of the experience though was our guide, Charné Her knowledge, respect and enthusiasm for the animals is beyond compare. And our night tracker, Captivity, was also very skilled. He even spotted a chameleon in a bush in the dark !

A good location for a stress-free stay in Manyeleti Game Reserve, Honeyguide Tented Safari Camps - Mantobeni is a luxury tent surrounded by views of the garden. The property features an infinity pool, garden and parking on-site among other facilities. Featuring a housekeeping service, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, full-day security and free WiFi. I loved my stay at Honeyguide. Everything was beyond my expectation and made my trip magical. The staff and drivers are great, they are very friendly and warm and make you feel like at home. The location is awesome. They are a private reserve, but there is no fence, so animals from other reserve can roam here, and you might get a chance to see them. Also, they can go off-road which makes the games so much more interesting. We saw everything except the leopard. The pool at the main area is a huge attraction. The elephants regularly visited the pool to drink water when we were staying, and we got a chance to see them very close. The tents are very comfortable with heating mattress (helpful for colder nights).

Buffelshoek Tented Camp rates include full board accommodation and 2 game drives a day. This, however, does not include alcoholic beverages. Towels and bed linen are provided. I had such a great time at Buffelshoek Tented Camp. The location, the food and the staff were all amazing. The game drives were exceptional too, I got to see lions, elephants, giraffes, jackals, rhinos, etc... even a leopard! The guide is an experienced off-road driver who gets you very close to the animals and allows plenty of time to take pictures. He tracked down the leopard and found it resting on a tree. In the camp, they have wifi in the lobby of the main tent and several adapters to charge devices during the day or overnight. Even though it rained often when I was there, I didn't notice any mosquitoes. I didn't stay at Kruger national park, but I was told by other visitors at Buffelshoek that a big advantage to stay in Manyeleti rather than Kruger is that during game drives you can follow animals off the track, which you cannot do at Kruger. We'd never have seen the leopard that way. You'll get to see a large variety of animals during game drives, my favorite one was big and strong, walks slowly but steadily and can eradicate trees when angry. It also runs on diesel :-) (it's the Land Rover)

Crocodile Bridge Safari Lodge borders directly on the Kruger National Park and is situated on the banks of the Crocodile River where wild animals are viewed directly from the lodge's accommodation, from the viewing deck and from the swimming pool. The hosts are wonderful, a family atmosphere, amazing food, a view of the river and you can see animals very close to the room, an excellent place a minute's drive from the entrance. Great value for the price

Shindzela is a tented safari camp, set in a traversing area within the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, part of the greater Kruger National Park, South Africa.

Guests of the Shindzela Tented Safari Camp stay in a canvas safari tent that is equipped with 2 twin beds and a wooden deck. Each tent also has a private en suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Even better than we thought. The beds are super comfortable and the shower as well. It really feels luxurious, not at all like camping. The staff is amazing and the drives as well, it's clear the guides and trackers really know their stuff. Well be back again, it's an amazing place.
