The facilities are very clean.

Very clean, hosts were easy to contact and communicative. Location was ideal for our trip with good transport links and shops nearby. Getting the key was straightforward. Having the balcony was definitely a bonus.

Very clean Check in is performed electronically outside the building entrance, with an automated machine Great location, easy to get to with the tram. The stop is right outside Nice neighbourhood, a Coop super market is nearby, a park. Thankfully there's an elevator to get your luggage to the appropriate floor

Excellent value for what you pay in Zurich. We were very pleasantly surprised, considering the negative reviews from other guests, which I cannot understand. The price is great, the location is wonderful (you can reach downtown Zurich on foot), the rooms are very clean and organized. Indeed, the breakfast is quite simple and could be better, but the highlight was the great friendliness of Mrs. Dina at breakfast service. All the other staff were also very polite and attentive. Thank you very much! We will definitely return.

Great location when you arrive late to airport. Very clean. Good shower facilities. Capsule is comfortable with good air con. Ear plugs were supplied which was good for the noise.staff were very pleasant

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Some furniture and facilities were a bit older but everything was functional and well maintained. We decided for a late check-in at last minute and there was no problem at all. Staff was very helpful with the request. The hotel is in a quiet area, within walkable distance from the city center and there's also direct train to the station. There's a convenience store and a restaurant nearby. Overall, pretty good value for money.
