The staff were lovely, room was very clean and exactly as pictured, our complimentary items were stocked up on the second day, the sound proof walls were great as it meant we couldn’t hear anyone else in the hotel or the outside noise. The shower facilities were amazing

Property was very clean and comfortable. We was at a concert in Anfield and the we could just walk back so convenient and close to convenience store and chippy. Owner is really nice had some confusion with codes but easily sorted and so nice to talk to.

A lovely stay with a lovely couple to host us. Great breakfast. Walk to town and beach. Helped with the luggage. Very clean room comfortable sofa 🛋

Location was excellent, handy for visiting Southport and beaches in the Formby area. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet location away from town with views over the marine lake and the beach. (What sunsets!!) Plenty spacious enough for four adults with a good sized well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area with picture windows. Comfortable beds. Nice bed linen. Lots of towels provided. Very easy to communicate with the owners and the property manager. Delightful people! Good reliable WiFi. Easy parking on site. Garden with picnic tables.

The apartment is situated 20 minutes away from Liverpool city centre on the bus in one direction, or 20 minutes away from New Brighton beach in the other. There’s lots of small convenience stores and chippies etc in walking distance. Also a small playground, Catholic Church and a social club too which is called The Great Float - Karaoke nights are from 8pm on Fridays. The apartment was quiet at night, very clean, beautifully furnished with all mod cons including fan oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Beds were clean and comfy too.

it was beautifully kept and very clean. The breakfasts were grilled instead of fried and the was plenty of choice including fruit. Very attentive owners. Nothing was too much trouble and we were well looked after. Richard kindly gave us a lift to the station to go home. The house is in a quiet location but near the beach and the town.
