Staff is hospitable and helps solve logistical problems as needed. Food has soul-soothing, home-cooked character.

Nitin, was the perfect host, both before arriving, during our stay and beyond.
We booked last minute so we had what Nitin called the budget cottages, but was facing the sea, comfortable bed, ceiling fan and mosquito net over the bed. Even the fact our cottage only had cold water was fun, en suite bathroom, towels, toiletries etc. were provided. Even a shower room and loo for after we checked out later on in the day.
WiFi ok. We only booked a last min. 1 night stay but would definitely recommend, and book the larger cottages for longer stays.

Situated within a few steps of Palolem Beach and 36 km of Margao Railway Station, Big Fish features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Canacona. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The campground has family rooms. The staff was excellent. Room was clean. And the food was exceptional. Loved it. Will go back again.

This is a great property, in a quiet location but close to the beach. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely and super helpful. Sunil organised our onward travel quickly and easily, nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I tried a local fish curry which was so tasty. Breakfast was very good too, I highly recommend the tomato omelette.

Had a fantastic stay at the LEMON tree Hotel....very polite and professional staff .room was excellent .very clean indeed ...food was delicious .can highly recommend this hotel to future visitors ...I really hope to revisit this hotel ..in a great location to all amenities including the beach ...a really lovely stay .and a big thankyou to all the wonderful staff who made my stay very memorable....thankyou so much !!!

Resort is very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast has something for everyone. Lovely pool area and large well maintained gardens. The very efficient cleaners seemd happy and nothing was too much trouble. The pool barman recommended a number of places to visit and dine at and none disaapointed. The resort exits to a car park adjacent to the beach and they also provide towels for the beach.

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful especially Rashmi on the front desk. Room was exceptional as promised, amazing views, very big and amazing shower too. I would highly recommend VK as an amazing place to stay, right on the beach too and very clean and comfortable. The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable.

I booked for just a day but after meeting Bunty and Haley I chose to stay for 3 days, and it was my best decision, beach at walking distance, great hosts, very clean, beautiful common area, in future I don’t even have to think where I am going to stay in Goa.

Firstly, the room was extremely clean. Toilet is big, very clean, with hot shower facilities. The hotel gives clean towels, bed sheets and everything very clean. The location is 10/10. You can't find better location than this in palolem area. 2min from beach. Second thing is the staff. The lady called Mansi is too good to be true. She helped us through everything. All hotel staff are very helpful. The hotel has own restaurant and bar. You can find amazing tasty food there. Definitely recommend this hotel.
