Great location and great value for money! Very clean room and excellent air con. Close to beach etc but very quiet.

Very clean and confortable with nice details, quiet at night, with very good windows. 3 balconies, Super near to a huge and clean beach (4 minutes walk), big rooms, 2 bathrooms. Sirolo and it's bay Urbani are very close by car and the rivera is beautiful

It was a really good hotel with a delicious breakfast and fabulous customer service. The breakfast staff were attentive and super friendly. The room was cleaned in between our stay and honestly, it was like walking in to a new room- very clean. Everyone was friendly and made our stay very comfortable. The local beach is only 10 minutes walk which is a great asset to the accommodation.

The place feels like an old-timey hotel but in a good way. The room is very clean and comfortable. There is a small fridge that I appreciate. Toiletries were provided (liquid soap/shampoo, solid soap, and shower cap), and there were plenty of towels. The reception was very nice and helpful. The location is just so great, just a short walk to the beach and not very far from the bus stop. The room is very quiet and I slept really well.
