Wonderful base to explore Kyoto, very cute decor and lots of attention to detail throughout. We found everything we needed for the duration of our stay. The house was spacious, very clean, well-equipped and came with lots of free amenities. Very easy check-in, the host was super friendly and helpful, we even received some cute welcome gifts! Location at a short walking distance to train stations and convenience stores, there are also some very nice cafes and restaurants around the area.

It was a really sweet little apartment. very clean and located in a nice residential neighbourhood, not too far from the Imperial Palace Gardens if you want to go jogging, walking or just enjoy some greenspace. Convenience store a few blocks away. Subway a few minutes walk away.

Location is excellent (near train stations and bus stops). It is near places of interests. The room is very clean. I like that there is an in-house laundromat. There are many excellent eateries around and convenience stores are within 100m from the hotel.

The room was large for Japan, a sitting space by the window next to the bed. Very clean, good aircon, and the most amazing shower! They also give you traditional biscuits and tea on arrival. Close to metro station and the food markets. Also close to a few convenience stores.

Excellent location. Bus stop at 50 metres distance. Well connected to Kyoto station and some attractions by bus. Walkable distance from Nijo castle. Convenience stores and supermarkets are very close by. Hotel staff was very helpful. Hotel rooms were very clean. Amenities corner was well stocked. Washer and dryer in the room was very handy. Kitchenette in the room added to the convenience.

Excellent place to stay! Rooms are very clean, spacious and well equipped. Staff is very helpful and can speak English. Convenience store and subway station is just 5 mins walk away which is very convenient to explore city.

Really nice place. Good location, we used buses for transport as stops are nearby, convenience stores close by. Very clean and even though reception is closed during nights, you still have access to the thing you might need, like towels, toothbrushes etc. they are located just by the elevator. Smoking area available on the ground floor.

Very nice, very clean, and right at the exit of the train station and a Lawson convenience store.

The beds were VERY comfortable and the pillows were great, the room was very clean, the location was good, walking distance to the bus stop and train station for easy access to the city and main attractions. Convenience stores are close by and great restaurants and shops in the area.
