The property owner Mr. Indrajeet alias Shantha was very friendly person. He was supportive and helpful through out the stay of one week. The room cost is economical and very clean. He has TukTuk where he can help with your travel anytime. The property is just 5-10 minutes away from the airport and close by to the Negombo beaches and sight seeing places. Best choice for the Transist and Sight seeing. Very safe area for the women travelers as well.

Great place to stay! Very clean and modern room, well equipped. Quiet road, but beach side (with cafés and restaurants) easily accessible by foot. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Directly next to the canal, but no mosquitos there...

The view of the beach was very picturesque, particularly with the fishing boats sailing out to sea as the sun was setting! The rooms were big and comfortable and very clean. The view from the roof infinity pool was amazing. The bar and restaurant also had great views and good service. Staff were very friendly.

Great place for when needing to stay close to the airport, very clean and comfortable. There isn’t much in the area though, so would really only use for a quick transfer. The beach is really bad and area not the best.

Great location, short walk to beach and restaurants. Spacious rooms, really comfortable bed, good AC, very clean. We felt very welcome here, highly recommend.

Very clean room, great location, walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, just 15 min driving from the airport. The hosts are very kind and friendly, prepared us a delicious dinner.
