This homestay is right near the old town yet nice and quiet. We had a bedroom without balcony or window, but it was very clean, with good airconditioning and mini bar. Bonus was the hot shower! The owners are also very helpful! We arrived at night in Hoi An and got a room for a reduced price. We did a very fun cooking class on their recommendation and they booked our next bus to Da Lat for us. They offer free bikes to use, which is great to go to the beach! Laundry service is available! Higly recommended!

The hotel is very clean and provides great services and facilities. The shuttle to the town is easy or a grab cab is very cheap. The breakfast has a good selection and the restaurant food is very good for a quick lunch or dinner. The hotel manager, Sen, is an absolute gem. She makes sure every need is met and organised tours, cars, services everything! She even played tour guide for us during a cooking class which was fabulous. The beach is across the street and lovely.

The pool is really nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious and huge portions! The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. 2 minute walk to the beach. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The area is really nice - lovely and plenty of bars and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet.

We loved our stay at the villa - it is a very calm and beautiful place with a beautiful pool and lovely hosts. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. You get a bicycle for free to explore Hoi An, the beach, and everything around. I would always come back, thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

Enjoyed our stay here. Room was large and very clean. 30 min ride to beach through back streets. 15 minute walk into Old Town. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice pool area.

We had a such a lovely stay here! The location is great, a couple mins walk to the beach and loads of restaurants, bars and cafes. The family that ran were so nice and made us feel so welcome and comfortable! Breakfast was really good and included fresh mango grown at the homestay! The room's are big and modern, the bed and bedding were really comfortable and bathroom was great. The whole place was very clean. We had no complaints whatsoever!

Staff are super friendly. Decor of the room is warm with arty touches. Offers good amenities, like conditioner as well as shampoo. Very clean. King sized comfortable bed with quality linen. Great location, out among the rice fields but short distance by scooter or bicycle to beach or town. Great pool. Short walk to fabulous vegetarian restaurant and yoga studio. Highly recommend.

Wonderful and relaxing place! We decided to extend our stay by one night as we were so comfortable here and it is so close to the beach! The pool area is very chilled and perfect to cool down. We loved the little outdoor sofas in front of each room too. We were nicely welcomed and the room was very clean and spacious.

We've stayed at many places, but this one tops them all. The room was spotless and spacious, featuring a large balcony, a work desk, a fan, and perfectly clean towels. Breakfast was simple, but it did the job. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing drink. There are two bicycles available, making it easy to reach the city or the beach in about 20 minutes. The pool was also very clean.
