This place was very conveniently located. I was traveling with my 70 year old mother, my 18 year old son, 21 year old daughter, my husband and myself. We had to overnight in Tokyo before flying back to the States, this place was just what we needed. After a long family trip, we all enjoyed our our capsules. The hotel provided everything we needed, including pajamas and toothbrushes. There’s a vending machine with snacks, ice cream, coffee, and white wine. The bathroom is large and includes a private seeming toilet room, a makeup/sink room, a shower room, and a hot bath room.

Clean berth, shower, and facilities, plus the sauna (men's side only) was a nice extra for this basic capsule hotel. Also, they went above and beyond expectations: I left something of value in my locker and when I went looking for it a few days later, they had it waiting for me. Amazing service!

The facilities were simple yet more than enough for a short stay. Everything was extremely clean—the locker, toilet, bathroom, and capsule were all well-maintained. The price was unbeatable for this area, and the direct access to Shinagawa Station made it very convenient.

Everything was perfect: from location, cleanliness and the pods which were decent size for a hostel and give privacy with curtains. Really loved that place and cannot recommend more!

The best stay I had in Japan! Convenient location, nice and friendly staff, super clean, all amenities provided: pajamas, towels, toiletries for face and hair, hairdryers, straighteners, etc. Loved the concept (looks like an alien spaceship) and view from the lobby 💔
