The staff are exceptional – always friendly, accommodating, and ready to assist. A special shout-out to Mr. Tatsu, who went above and beyond to help me (my apologies if I misspelled the name). Thanks to his support, I was able to manage my luggage and send it via Yamato. Truly outstanding service! I would definitely come back! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tokyo.

Nothing really to complain about given the excellent location, with a 10 minute JR train access to Shinagawa Station, and the facilities including the free soda and the ice cream machine was amazing.
