We loved the drive into the mountains and Clouds enabled us to enjoy the magnificent views and bird life. The cedar cabin was bigger than it looked with windows right across the front to make the most of the view and a covered deck to sit out on (mozzie spray needed). It felt extremely homely and Christine, the host, left us a delicious homemade pasta sauce in the fridge which we were able to warm up with the available spaghetti. Thank you, very much appreciated. We sat and watched a lightning storm which continued for quite a few hours. It was very cosy. The beds were comfortable and the shower room/toilet was huge. We also visited the local Sunday Market as we left.

Photos did not do justice. We stayed on chalet 4 and I thought the pics looked a little dated so was blown away when I seen just how nice it was. Everything we needed was there, set in beautiful surroundings and owners were lovely. Highly recommend!!

What a beautiful little place to stay for a weekend. The unit is set back from the road in beautiful, well tended gardens a short distance from the main house but completely private. The neighborhood is so peaceful with bird song to be heard. The unit is comfortable and so thoughtfully stocked to cater to your needs. The perfect location to explore Mt Tamborine and surrounding areas with a short drive to the village for supplies. Nina and Bob are so lovely, easy to communicate with, and accommodating.
