Fully equipped apartment. They had thought of everything and supplied for everything. Plenty of toilet paper for the stay, washing detergent, even cotton buds and cotton pads, tissues. They had considered everything. They even had a night light in the bathroom which was a great touch . Modern furnishings with a very large comfy bed. Lots of storage space. TV with lots of channels and streaming services ready like Netflix. Fully equipped Kitchen. With table and chairs. Washing machine and drier. Secure underground car parking and a great location in Canmore. We felt so comfortable and relaxed staying here.

The staff was responsive and extremely friendly, making us feel very welcomed. They genuinely cared about our happiness. The owner, a very nice lady, helped us set up the fireplace for me and my fiancée, gave us some blankets, helped me set up flowers for my fiancée, and even allowed us to stay a little later in the pool. The room was cozy, romantic, and clean. We will definitely be coming back again.

The property is in a great location. The cottage was nice and cozy. Karen was an awesome hostess and the fresh muffins at breakfast were hard to beat. Karen also made some great recommendations for local sights to enjoy. Private off street parking was a plus.

    We had the nice cabin 111 with a good view over the valley but at the same time facing the forest. Although being located a little remote up the tunnel mountain the resort provides for more calm and feels closer to nature than other accommodations in Banff city center. We once even saw a moose grazing on the other side of the road. The resort shuttle and free public transport make it easy to reach Banff within a few minutes.

    Location was good. For the most part the accommodations were fine. We stayed in one of the mountain cabins. The unit was clean and comfortable to use. Beds were fine and the wood fireplace was a nice feature.
