Incredible value for a whole house, with all amenities provided. Clean, spacious (the upstairs rooms are a lot less pokey than the photos on here suggest), and with one of the best showers any of us had ever experienced during a weekend stay. Cheap to get an Uber to the centre for a group of 5.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The host was very friendly and made me feel welcome. My room was nice, clean, and quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

We have stayed here before , this trip of five days , was extended by a further two nights The management and staff of this homely hotel know their craft. The aim is to make the visitor / client comfortable…..ready for work or pleasure. The rooms are spot less , the beds ..large And the breakfeast alone I’d worth the trip up north ha ha …. Very tidy top quality lodge. Very comfy bed. 2 nice pubs round the corner (get the cheese board in the half moon) and a 5/10 minute walk to the viaduct so very central.
