The location was perfect for us. The communication with the host was excellent. We were running late to check in but they made the directions and process easy. We loved the farm. The accommodation was great and spotlessly clean. The BBQ hut was amazing and we only wished we could have stayed long enough to use it. We'll have to make another trip back!

Host was friendly and responsive. The little cabin was wonderful and delightfully decorated with a puffin theme. The bed was comfortable but you could definitely feel the other person’s every movement.

Located halfway between John O'Groats & Thurso, a hidden gem, Wayne the host is a wealth of information & could not be more welcoming. There are 2 pubs located 5 minutes away, we had dinner at the Northern Sands, excellent meals. Would have stayed longer if time permitted, if you're looking for peace & quiet Celtic Lodges is perfect. Highly recommend.

All cabins in Wick

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

The location was a little bit off the beaten track but it was peaceful and the pods are very well kitted out every thing you needed and so much more. It definitely has the wow factor when you walk in and the welcome pack that awaits is second to none. Really comfy beds, plenty towels etc and the decking area to sit out on and your very own BBQ hut added to the luxury feel. Wish we could have been there longer to try it out. Well worth all the miles we covered though

These amazing lodges have the real "wow" factor, as they are so beautifully appointed, with every luxury and comfort. Despite being so compact, it felt airy and spacious. The weather was pretty grim when we arrived, but we were soon feeling very warm and cosy, and thoroughly pampered, in our lovely cabin. The BBQ hut is a fantastic idea, and looked so cool, but we just didn't have the weather for it, although I believe others were gamely huddled in theirs!
