Thanks to our lovely host Lee, we stayed in the beautiful Casa Balam in a hummingbird filled garden beside the lake. Perfect small villa appartment for a couple, with cooking facilities. Early morning kayaks along the lake shore, clear water to swim in. We are definitely coming back.

The stay was pleasant, beautiful, and comfortable, truly giving you the feel of San Juan, but the real wonder was the kindness by the staff.
