The location, slightly out of town but you get to ride through the rice field and you sleep right under the mountain and away from noise and traffic. Had access to free bikes plus rental of scooters. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Generous breakfast.

The bungalow was very clean and in an amazing environment. We really enjoyed the time there, swimming in the pool, renting a bike and having lunch in the bar. The staff was super helpful, in particular Annie, she was so friendly and helpful with us, making sure we were comfortable all the time.

Loved the tranquil location, staff were so welcoming and greeted you with a refreshing drink and fruits on arrival. At night you were offered a foot bath. Bikes were available at no charge. Breakfast amazing, great selection of fruits, crepes, yoghurt, pho (if you wanted Vietnamese) and fresh juice.

If you are looking for peace, quiet, and natural beauty, this is the perfect place. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel provides bicycles, so it’s easy to reach local restaurants and nearby attractions like Mua Cave and Trang An Complex. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with a swimming pool and a play area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had to check out at 12:00 while my sleeper bus was only at 19:00. The hotel kindly let me leave my luggage and even take a shower before departure. With the high humidity, this was a wonderful bonus that made my journey much more comfortable.

Lovely place in middle of rice fields just outside TamCoc town. Very friendly staff! Good restaurant and beautiful pool . Scooters for rent at property and free bikes available. Quiet and hidden. Nice scenery all around. We loved it.

Amazing location - we jumped on the complimentary bikes and had SO much fun wandering around the small lanes. Just out the gate you are in the countryside, nature ALL round. We rode for 10 minutes and saw Goats, Pigs, Buffolo, ducks and some monkeys in the distance. Great pool, LOVELY staff.

We spent 2 nights at the Trang An Family Homestay. When we arrived Lan gave us an overview of the must see/visit attractions around ninh binh and how far they are from the homestay. This was such helpful information, and she also arranged a driver for us to go to Bird Valley when there weren’t any Grab cars around. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in! It’s possible to rent a scooter at the homestay which is convenient since Trang An is a bit outside of Ninh Binh/Tam Coc. We would very much recommend this homestay.

    The hosts are very warm and helpful. They use Google translate which helps ease communication. The rooms are completely fine, clean, all works fine. The huts are more like porticabins, bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is good and dinner too. We used two of their bikes to cycle around and they also had mopeds. This homestay is the first on the road, several others come after it.This one has a more quiet vibe which was exactly what we were looking for (not party). They arranged our transport to hanoi airport after which was smooth.
