everything was perfect, i am really picky about food, and special requests were done accordantly every meal. Felishia was a great waitress during the entire stay. Our ranger Nervermind and tracker Tampa were the best, really knowledgeable. our room service lady (forgot her name, but we were on room 18 from the 26th until de 29 of December) was also the sweetest.

This property is incredible! The rooms were stunning and so large. I had no idea how amazing the safari rides would be- Justice and Elvis did such an amazing job at making us feel safe and finding/getting up close to the big 5. The service is impeccable- Tinyiko our server was so kind and we felt so cared for. I wasn’t expecting much for the food- due to it being all inclusive- but it was absolutely amazing quality, ingredients and preparation.

Well, this was my fourth time staying in Kapama. it is certainly a magical place and never disappoints our guide Stjohn was knowledgeable, interesting and made the experience one will never forget. We stayed in A-villa and enjoyed our private pool. We had a group of monkeys that would come see us. We saw all big five within the first day. I’m looking forward to coming back. The service was impeccable, and we were even treated to a safari breakfast. All the staff were accommodating sure our stay was five star.

Game drives, Never and Mateo's excellent knowledge and personalities. They truly provided a once in a lifetime experience for us, getting close to animals and doing their best to take on any requests. Their local perspective, knowledge and stories added a unique twist compared to other game drives we've done. Never was the outgoing friendly Energetic personality while Mateo added a sense of safety in the bush. As mentioned they both have outstanding knowledge. Never's game drives are like a fun learning experience while driving through the African bush. Mateo has many years of experience in tracking and we enjoyed his in depth knowledge. Breakfast and lunches and service by Munya. Pool area Pick up service from the airport. Birding around the camp Air conditioning in the room

The head chef is brilliant and talented. His food was the highlight of our stay. Personnel were really very professional. The guide impressed us with his knowledge. My whole family is knowledgeable on the local fauna and flora and he we tested his knowledge. On some subjects we learnt from him.

Our Guide (Priscilla) and Tracker (Origin) made our stay great. Both so very knowledgeable and truly going out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable and meaningful game drive experience. The room was beautiful and the food was great too. Beautiful spot; highly recommend.

Ruan & Jenny are the best most attentive hosts you could ask for! The lodge is absolutely stunning inside and out, they went above and beyond. Food was amazing. Honestly we couldn’t fault it so we came back for our last night again!

Wow wow wow, what a beautiful property. the decor, cleanliness and location was perfect. The host was like no other. very friendly very attentive, yiu are catered to as yiu would be in a 7 star resort. everything here was above and beyond! A lot of luxury resorts could learn from Aleta the host how to treat your guests. Don’t think too long about booking here because if you miss it, you will regret it! the food is amazing, great selection at the bar. Aleta even packed a picnic basket for us when we were going to Kruger for a day. This is truly a top notch property. I travel extensively and pick my accommodations according to reviews on service and cleaneliness, this place beats all my stays so far! Will definitely stay again when visiting the area. Highly reccomend.
