They not only met me with the key and gave me a tour of the apartment, they picked me up and drove me there. The morning I left, they came very early in the morning and drove me to the bus station. The apartment is very cozy and the bed is comfortable. It is located just in the outskirts of Carlow but the distance is very walkable and the bus system is good. It is located beside a hotel which has a very good restaurant if you didn’t want to cook or go far to eat and the grounds are green and peaceful, with a small walking loop. I would not hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

Courtyard Cottage is situated in Carlow, 12 km from Mount Wolseley (Golf), 20 km from Altamont Gardens, and 20 km from Carlow Golf Club. This lodge has a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. We couldn't have been more comfortable in this beautiful spacious, cosy home. Barbara our host was so welcoming and full of advice on places to visit in the area. Our fridge was full with the essentials for our breakfast 🥞🍳 🥓 🍅 🍞 milk etc, and the kitchen was well stocked with every utensil, dish, pan etc. The Courtyard Cottage is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lovely fields and meadows in view beyond which made for a very peaceful and relaxing break. We will be returning in the not too distant future. 😊
