Our room was pretty large and had all amenities you need, except an ensuite bathroom. The shared bathroom is clean, large and comfortable with showers and an onsen! If you're lucky you have the bathroom for yourself. Although we had a rental car we stayed nearby the pension to avoid the load of tourists on e.g. the Magome- Tsumago trail. Kaida is a pretty village from where you can hike. The waterfalls trail loop on the way to mount Ontake is beautiful and tranquil as is the whole area around mount Ontake. It's easy to spend 4 days at Kaoru!

The accommodation has a spa bath. Everything! What an incredible stay! Moomin Papa and Mama spared no effort in ensuring everything was absolutely perfect. Not only was there a convenient shuttle bus stopping right outside Pension Moomin Papa to transport guests to the ski resorts, but whenever the shuttle didn't reach our desired destination, Moomin Papa graciously drove us wherever we needed to be. The private onsen provided a rejuvenating experience after a full day of skiing. Additionally, a delicious Western-style breakfast was provided every morning for only 1000 yen, adding to the exceptional value of our stay

The property offers a free shuttle service. Free private parking is available on site. Wonderful place. Would recommend to solo-travelers, families or groups of friends. Location is within walking distance to Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort. The owner Satoshi-san and all staff are extremely kind and helpful. Provided a free shuttle to the station when returning home. Excellent prices of rental gear, much lower than the ski resorts. Great gear as well. Absolutely perfect.

Villa Orange Cabin is set in the Fujikawaguchiko Onsen-kyo district of Fujikawaguchiko, 5 km from Lake Kawaguchi, 7.4 km from Fuji-Q Highland and 28 km from Mount Fuji. This 1-star villa offers free shuttle service and luggage storage space. The villa offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. I firstly skeptical whether the place is an old and moldy cabin or is it has the Fuji view. But,,,,,,,,,,,the place is fantastic and super duper clean. Fuji is right at your feet. Cannot recommend enough.

The house was exceptional. We are so glad that we chose the place to stay. It's during the snow season so there are complimentary pickup from the stay to the bus station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The house is equipped with full kitchen equipment and utensils. We cooked and enjoyed our time very much.
