She was very friendly, gave us a tour of the the hotel/room, and quickly heated the outside jacuzzi & sauna for us. The hotel is a true GEM, with amazing views of the town and mountains, extremely comfortable, great design, and outstanding service. Highly recommend for couples or families visiting Durmitor.

Towels and bed linen are featured in the chalet. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. The chalets where perfect and the location amazing. The nature of Zabljak is excellent and the whole experience was more than our expectations. It was really worth it and dreamy!

Slobo is an excellent host, he took very good care of us and was easy to contact. We had breakfast and dinner both of which were excellent. It was rainy and cold for our stay and Slobo made sure there was plenty of wood for the stove to keep us warm. We would definitely come here to stay on a return to Durmitor!

Everything is thought out to the smallest detail and convenient, you can cook something on the induction stove, make coffee or tea. Great location to go to all the sights in the northern part of the country. The hostess is amazing - responsive, attentive, kind, treated us to homemade cheese and homemade eggs. For an additional fee, she prepared a delicious breakfast for us. We really liked it, we will stay again and we can safely recommend.
