The location was great. Very near to the airport and the hotel had a shuttle. The hotel has a small grocery store attached which was great. This is a good place to stay when on business in Labuan.

Totally value for money. Spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast is good, tasty and many selection of food. Mini supermarket is just below the hotel. Short distance from the airport and a freeshuttle arrangement is a bonus. Allowed to check-out max at 1 pm. Fully recommended to stay here and believe it's a popular hotel too because the day i check out the hotel was fully booked.

Location and old wooden style room and floor.Also the landscape and koi pond
