Didn't expect such homely features, very comfortable bed & a darkness that we've never experienced before!! Communication was great, shame we didn't meet Sue in person but David was a fab substitute! The beds are extremely comfortable; we slept wonderfully. The absolute highlight was the breakfast: individually prepared, fresh, plentiful, and simply delicious.
