A variety of cafés and restaurants are within 5 minutes’ walk of the property. A shuttle service and laundry facilities are also available and charges apply. We felt welcomed. The parking was easy. The apartment had everything we needed except for washer. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The location has very nice surroundings. It is however not in the town centre which for us was an advantage.

Matamata Lodge is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Matamata, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. The bed and breakfast features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Alison was a great post. We had a chance to visit with her in the evening and the morning had a very pleasant time.

Outdoor seating is also available at the apartment. A spacious and comfy cabin tucked away off of the road. Very clean and comfortable. Two very friendly dogs share the garden with you (super cute). I had an amazing stay and highly recommend the cabin.
