We had fabulous experience while staying in Vida Dubai Marina & Yacht Club. Perfect location, clean and cozy room and dining service and delicious food. Specifically I would like to highlight dining service, everything is at the highest quality, we can’t feel that people are serving around us but the service itself goes so smooth, so cooperative and quick. I do appreciate Sarif, Dana and Khairy for making our stay fantastic. Also, room service is excellent, thank you for Nagindra şah and minaj for the great support! We loved our stay. The stay at Ecos exceeded my expectations. absolutely fulfilling and beyond. I had travelled for a wedding with my mother who has OCD issues. Naturally her needs were above a normal client's. she had excess usage of the hotel towels, wet bathrooms which i knew were perhaps difficult for the housekeeping staff. every member of the housekeeping staff was really supportive specially with the elderly folks and us young people's needs. Yet with an always ready smile they supported our stay all the 6 days we were there with mopping the washroom and providing extra linen and extra towels for my mother without a complaint or disdain. Our comfort was their main focus. Likewise with all other rooms guests where there were guests of different needs for the wedding. We were checked in early with easy transition and service by Mr. Jamal and given late check out as a special case for my elderly mother. There were 25 rooms booked for the wedding family. i used their pool services and gym facilities. They have got a lovely rooftop pool which felt like heaven. Most of their facilities are open throughout. when i was going for the wedding at their coffeeshop service extended was exemplary for my mother. When our Jewellery went under the bed or similar and i contacted reception to help look for it they immediately sprung to action. i had to walk down the first day for the ceremony and when i saw a managerial staff of the hotel he voluntarily let Mr. Safeer of Ecos to drop us in the shuttle bus for us as we were all dressed up. the next day too Mr. Safeer helped drop me to the nearby supermarket tea corner helped with the lift key when i had forgotten it upstairs. If i could give a 200 rating for this hotel i would happily do that as i left with super happy memorable seamless stay. i had forgotten my jewellery accessory at the hotel and when i reached India they contacted on the number given to inform and collect the same.

I can say for sure that it is one of the best 5-star hotels in Dubai for the price, with excellent breakfast, polite and professional staff, the only negative point is that it is not possible to go to the Mall of the Emirates on foot in the summer!

    This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

    This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.
